Hey there Roseau Readers! It's our favorite time of the year. The Scholastic Book Fair will be set up in the school library next week! The book fair will take place Monday, November 3rd, through Thursday, November 6th, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. They accept CASH or CHECK only! Elementary teachers will be sending home more information with students.

Northland's financial aid team will present on the Federal and State Financial Aid Programs on Tuesday, October 21st at 6:30 p.m. in the school theater. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the available programs, ways to pay for college, and how to complete the FAFSA! All seniors and their parents are welcome to attend.

Personal Finance Decathlon Team Advances to State Competition! Congratulations to Brieta Vatnsdal, Reagan Kvien, Kylie Bjerk and Lindsey Vistad. The Roseau students will compete April 15th & 16th against 9 other teams from Minnesota.

Attention Roseau 7th Grade Students and Parents: Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Center Parent and Student meeting will take place on Thursday, March 13th at 6:00 in the School Theater. Meeting is for all 7th grade students attending Wolf Ridge as well as parents/guardians. Final details will be shared as well as an opportunity for questions from students and parents. We look forward to meeting with you as we finalize plans for the amazing learning experience March 17th - 21st.

Roseau 7th - 12th grade students donated 2,687 food items weighing 460 pounds to the Roseau Area Food Shelf as well as $1,223.00 dollars in cash donation. Thank you to all involved for making this donation possible.

Roseau 6th Grade Students sweep top three places in Minnesota History Contest! James Baglien (1st), Jake Glodowski (2nd) and Wylie Marsen (3rd) sweep top three places in Minnesota History Contest! Congratulations!

CONGRATULATIONS Anastyn Loken for being selected as the winner of the 2024 Minnesota D.A.R.E. poster contest contest. The theme for this year's contest was "Stronger Together." Anastyn will throw out the opening pitch at the Minnesota Twins game on May 5th vs the Boston Red Sox. Anastyn is a student in Mr. Randy Nelson's 6th grade classroom.
